Marathon Monitors (MMI) offers Solutions that significantly lower fuel consumption, maintenance costs and emissions. They are used in high temperature environments such as furnaces, boilers, incinerators, power plants, fired heaters, kilns, etc. These simple engineered solutions are composed of a reference air box, a Oxymit transmitter or VersaPro controller, and an Oxyfire Oxygen Sensor.

Benefits from controlling combustion are immediate and calculable. Installation of the Oxyfire high temperature Oxygen Analyzer in the Hot Zone allows you to monitor and control your combustion process, exactly where it makes sense to control it!

A 2% reduction of excess air in a combustion process lowers fuel consumption by up to 4%! With the same excess air reduction, NOx emissions can be reduced by up to 40%. With our zero and span capabilities, your company may even be able to satisfy your environmental regulatory obligations.

Excess Oxygen Controls:


High-temperature in-situ Oxygen Sensors: The Oxyfire line is the industry's best value for applications in the 1200°F to 3000°F range including: boilers, steel reheat furnaces, glass furnaces, chemical / petrochemical furnaces and reformers, and incineration.

Low-temperature in-situ Oxygen Sensors: The LOROX line provides long-lifetime measurement in environments ranging from ambient to 1250°F

Extractive Oxygen Sensors / Controllers: The Sentinel-ES and Sentinel-ESi provide cost-effective extractive sensing and control of oxygen for environments that are unsuitable for in-situ probes.

Instrumentation: Controllers / Transmitters - The VersaPro can be can be configured for either trim control or oxygen monitoring, while the OxySender provides cost-effective 4-20 mA transmission of oxygen concentration and temperature.
